At a glance
| Input | Action | Output | Limit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Approved terminology and completed scans | Create an enterprise freeze | Fixed meanings, revisions, usages, findings, and coverage | Selected scope must pass preparation gates |
| Deposited baseline | Run verification | Integrity and conformance evidence | Matching hashes do not prove source correctness |
| Approved or imported trace links | Select impact or provenance direction | Bounded evidence path | Candidate links stay outside governed evidence |
| Completed evidence package | Export archive, slice, or handoff | Portable records for audit, release, or incident work | Approval and signatures remain external |
How it works
- Govern and approve the required terminology.
- Scan the selected Confluence spaces.
- Resolve findings and coverage gaps.
- Create the enterprise freeze.
- Verify the deposited package.
- Search, trace, export, or prepare a reissue handoff.
Example
After an incident, leadership needs to know why one implementation existed. The team opens the deposited baseline, verifies its recorded integrity, and follows approved evidence from the implementation through tests and requirements to the root decision. Later page edits do not rewrite that frozen package.
What this does not mean
Compliance Glossary does not certify compliance, replace a QMS, approve releases, execute signatures, or provide legal WORM storage. It does not interpret CAD semantics or claim verified 200,000-page production capacity.
