Plain-English summary: These Terms govern your use of Compliance Glossary for Confluence and its websites. They cover licensing, data handling, availability, liability, and disputes. Atlassian Marketplace terms also apply to the App.
These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms") govern your use of DailyMind LTD's Atlassian Confluence applications ("Apps"). They also govern teamkit.dev and its subdomains ("Websites"). By installing an App, using an App, or accessing our Websites, you agree to these Terms.
Your license is subject to these Terms and applicable Atlassian Marketplace terms. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for internal business use within the Atlassian Platform.

The Apps are distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace. Your use is additionally governed by Atlassian's Marketplace Terms of Use. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Atlassian's terms regarding Marketplace operations, Atlassian's terms prevail.
Billing, subscriptions, and refunds for paid Apps are processed through Atlassian and governed by Atlassian's policies.
Core App data is processed and stored within the Atlassian Platform. We do not operate external app servers for Compliance Glossary data. Production v6 can send configured repository requests to GitHub after administrator enablement. It uses Atlassian-hosted Forge LLM for draft curation and approved-term usage classification. Compliance Glossary v4 does not include those GitHub or LLM workflows. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
Compliance Glossary is a terminology management and reporting tool. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. It does not certify, guarantee, or validate your organization's compliance. This applies to every regulation, standard, and framework, including 21 CFR Part 11, ALCOA+, ISO 13485, SOC 2, GDPR, and the EU AI Act. You are solely responsible for your compliance obligations.
Optional integrations in Compliance Glossary versions greater than 4. The Git Connector and AI-assisted curation are administrative workflows. You are responsible for enabling only approved repositories, allowed paths, and source content that your organization is permitted to process. AI-assisted curation creates editable Draft candidates only; it does not approve, publish, or replace human review.
The Apps depend on the Atlassian Platform. We do not guarantee availability, uptime, or performance beyond what Atlassian provides. We are not liable for outages, data loss, or service degradation caused by the Atlassian Platform.
We may discontinue, modify, or update any App at any time. For paid Apps, we will provide reasonable notice before discontinuation.
All intellectual property rights in the Apps (including source code, design, documentation, and branding) are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, trade names, or branding.
Content you create using the Apps (glossary terms, reports, configurations) remains your property.
THE APPS AND WEBSITES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and reliability.
Without limiting the above:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DAILYMIND LTD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES. This exclusion includes incidental, special, consequential, and punitive damages. It also includes lost profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, goodwill, and anticipated savings. The exclusion applies regardless of the cause or liability theory, even when we were advised that such damages were possible.
Aggregate liability cap. Our total liability for claims related to the Apps or these Terms will not exceed the greater of two values. The first is the applicable App fees paid through Atlassian Marketplace during the twelve months before the claim. The second is fifty euros (EUR 50).

We may suspend or terminate your access to any App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Apps at any time by uninstalling them through the Atlassian Marketplace.
The following sections survive termination:
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with an updated date. Your continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must stop using the Apps.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus for any disputes arising from these Terms.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at legal@teamkit.dev and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the applicable Atlassian Marketplace terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and DailyMind LTD regarding the Apps.
