About DailyMind LTD
The team behind Compliance Glossary for Confluence
Updated April 17, 2026 · Last verified: 2026-04-17
DailyMind LTD (HE 439959) is a Cyprus-registered EU vendor building Compliance Glossary for Confluence — terminology governance with four-eyes approval, version history, and audit trail. The current Marketplace release is Forge-native and has no external API calls; planned AI-assisted curation is not enabled in that release and is subject to a separate data-flow and disclosure gate. Built for compliance, QA, GRC, legal, security, and regulatory teams managing AI Act, GDPR, NIS2, DORA, and SOC 2 obligations inside the tools they already use.
Company
DailyMind LTD (HE 439959) is registered in Cyprus, EU jurisdiction. We build compliance-grade tools for Atlassian Confluence.
Mission
Make terminology governance accessible to every regulated team — without enterprise pricing or complexity.
Why We Built This
Regulated teams manage critical terminology in Excel files, Confluence tables, or not at all. No approval workflow, no version history, no audit trail. When auditors ask "who approved this definition and when?" — there is no answer.
The stakes are not abstract. AI Act fines reach €35M or 7% of global turnover (Art. 99). GDPR, €20M or 4% (Art. 83(5)). NIS2, €10M or 2% (Art. 34). DORA adds administrative penalties and, for critical third-party ICT providers, up to 1% of average daily worldwide turnover (Art. 35(6)). Terminology inconsistency is a recurring finding in the audit reports we have reviewed.
We built Compliance Glossary to fix that. One app that gives you four-eyes approval, version history, compliance scanning, and a complete audit trail — all inside Confluence, where your teams already work.
Architecture Philosophy
The current Marketplace release is Forge-native, uses minimal permissions, and has no external API calls. Planned AI-assisted curation is not enabled in that release; see the security documentation for its release conditions.
- Current Marketplace release: no external app servers — app data processing runs inside Atlassian's Forge sandbox
- Current Marketplace release: no external API calls — the manifest has no
external:fetch:backendpermission; planned AI-assisted curation is release-gated and excluded from this statement - Minimal scopes — we request only the permissions the app actually needs
Scope note: this marketing site (compliance-glossary.teamkit.dev) is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses self-hosted, cookieless analytics — Umami and GoatCounter on vigilcom.dev. No Google Analytics, no third-party trackers, no ad networks, no session replay. The Forge app itself does not load these.
