How it works
- Open Terminology Baseline, then find Enterprise evidence workspace.
- Find Frozen meanings and revisions.
- Enter a starting term or artifact title in Frozen term or evidence search.
- Select Search deposited evidence. This resets server pagination to page one.
- Review Coverage blockers. Use Next when the search continues.
- Narrow the loaded page with Subject, Artifact, Conformance, or Impact.
- Review Revision, SHA-256, Availability, Conformance, and Impact.
Example
A term manager enters “capital” and selects Search deposited evidence. The server can match “Capital adequacy” by subject-name prefix. The returned record includes its linked artifact and revision summary. If another page exists, Coverage blockers states that search coverage continues. Local filters then narrow that page.
What this does not mean
Production v6 deployed this workspace search on 2026-09-26. Server search does not inspect definitions, page bodies, uploaded file content, other baselines, or live Confluence pages. The local text filter can match meanings and revision identifiers, but only within the loaded page. A match shows indexed baseline presence. It does not certify compliance or source correctness.
