How it works
- Open Terminology Baseline.
- Open Enterprise evidence workspace.
- Select the deposited baseline.
- Review Coverage blockers.
- Select Run verification.
- Open Frozen meanings and revisions.
- Review Conformance under Assessment. Use the Conformance filter when needed.
Example
A frozen control manual has the expected revision but a different stored checksum. The artifact report records an object_checksum conflict and classifies the artifact as corrupted. A separate artifact with missing check data keeps its unresolved check and coverage reason. Leaders can see which evidence conflicts and which evidence is incomplete.
What this does not mean
Conformance is a read-only assessment of recorded evidence. It does not certify compliance. It does not approve a release. It does not prove that the original source was correct. It does not repair evidence. Legal validity, signatures, and final acceptance remain outside the report.
