Compliance Glossary for Confluence

How do I prioritize findings in a space?

Open Space Remediation Queue for the selected space. Production v6 combines stored page findings with resolution records, sorts unresolved work first, and shows page, term, finding type, status, and owner. Filter by status or page text, assign responsibility in the finding, then rescan after underlying corrections.

How it works

  1. Open Compliance Scanner.
  2. Select the governed space.
  3. Open Space Remediation Queue.
  4. Keep the status filter on open work.
  5. Filter by page or term when needed.
  6. Open each finding, assign ownership, correct the source, and rescan.

Example

A space has 35 findings. The queue lists open items before acknowledged, justified, and closed records. The governance lead filters for one policy page, assigns the content owner, and tracks the later rescan separately.

What this does not mean

The queue organizes stored findings. It does not calculate business risk, edit pages, approve term changes, or prove closure without a later scan and supporting evidence.

Next step

Work open findings first, but review business criticality outside the queue.
