How it works
- Open Compliance Scanner.
- Select the finding.
- Review the page, term, scan, and finding type.
- Assign or confirm remediation ownership.
- Record the disposition and reason.
- Correct the page or glossary, then rescan.
Example
A page uses a non-preferred synonym for a valid local reason. The owner records the accepted disposition and reason. If the wording changes later, a new scan evaluates that page again. The earlier decision remains linked to its scan evidence.
What this does not mean
Resolution records explain supported decisions. They do not approve the page, guarantee future cleanliness, or override term review. The content owner and governance team remain responsible for the underlying correction.
