How it works
- Open the administration dashboard.

- Locate the relevant governed action.
- Confirm the actor and timestamp.
- Open the related term or evidence record.
- Use the detailed history for content decisions.
Example
An administrator sees that a term was approved yesterday. The activity record identifies the action, actor, and time. The term history then shows the approved version, prior meaning, reviewer decision, and reason available to the app.
What this does not mean
The activity log is not a universal audit trail. It does not record unsupported actions, external approvals, email discussions, or every event in Confluence. Use the relevant source evidence for those decisions.
