How it works
- Open Enterprise evidence workspace.
- Confirm that the required baseline is active and deposited.
- Review Coverage blockers.
- Under Verification and portable evidence, select Run verification.
- Select Export archive.
- Record the returned archive and job identity.
- Wait for the queued job to reach its finalized state.
- Verify the completed archive before any external handoff.
Example
A risk committee needs the evidence package for a release review. The evidence administrator verifies the deposited baseline. They select Export archive. The server writes the frozen sections in bounded parts. Finalization checks every stored part and produces the root manifest. A changed source snapshot or count mismatch stops the package from being finalized.
What this does not mean
Export archive queues a server job. It is not an immediate browser download. The archive preserves application-level evidence and integrity checks. It does not create legal WORM storage, certify compliance, approve a release, or execute a signature. The package is complete only after the export job passes final verification.
