How it works
- In Settings, configure Term Managers (RBAC).
- Give readers a short lesson on the Compliance Glossary macro.
- Teach authors to create Drafts and select Submit with a reason.
- Teach reviewers to use Version History, Approve, and Reject.
- Rehearse four-eyes approval with two Term Managers.
- Teach evidence owners to use Terminology Baseline and Enterprise evidence workspace.
- Finish with Audit Evidence Export and one incident-review exercise.
Example
A policy lead creates a Draft term and submits it. A separate quality lead reviews Version History and approves it. A reader finds the meaning through the page macro. The evidence owner freezes the scope, runs Run verification, and prepares the required export. Each person learns only the decisions they own.
What this does not mean
Author, reviewer, governance owner, and evidence administrator are training responsibilities. They are not separate production RBAC roles. The app grants administrative work through Term Manager access. Four-eyes approval still requires a different eligible person. Training does not replace the organization’s procedures or role assignments.
