How it works
- Open Dashboard in the Compliance Glossary administration app.
- Read Glossary Compliance Score and the approved fraction below it.
- Compare Approved, In Review, Draft, and Deprecated counts.
- Review Stale Approvals. These terms have not been reviewed in 6+ months.
- Check Categories for the distribution of glossary records.
- Open Terms to review or update the records that need action.
Example
A glossary has 40 terms. Twenty-eight are approved. Six are in review. Four are drafts. Two are deprecated. Glossary Compliance Score shows 70% because 28 of 40 terms are approved. If three approved terms are over 180 days old, Stale Approvals lists them for review.
What this does not mean
The dashboard is a current glossary summary. It does not show terminology scan findings, regulation readiness, baseline verification, or audit approval. Use Compliance Scanner, Requirements Mapper, and Terminology Baseline for those separate questions. The dashboard does not certify compliance.
